Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years ? Moderate to severe acute cholecystitis (Tokyo Guidelines Grade II–III) ? Patients considered poor candidates for surgery under general anesthesia due to comorbidities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Coagulopathy (international normalized ratio > 1.5 or platelet count < 50,000/µL) ? Inability to discontinue antithrombotic agents ? Procedural infeasibility due to intervening vessels or severe ascites
