Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Korean adults aged 18-38 years residing in Korea ? Individuals experiencing somatic symptoms for at least 6 months due to stress ? Those deemed medically eligible for study participation by a physician ? Individuals able to participate in an 8-week, twice-weekly yoga program and provide questionnaire responses and biological samples ? Individuals fluent enough in Korean to communicate effectively with researchers and able to read/write Korean sufficiently to complete questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Women in perimenopause or menopause ? Pregnant women ? Individuals with prior experience in Restorative yoga or Ashtanga yoga ? Individuals taking medications deemed by a physician to significantly affect study outcome variables ? Individuals deemed physically or psychologically unable to participate in the study *Considering the COVID-19 situation, participants must adhere to the following procedures: Participants with fever, vomiting, headache, or recent (within 2 weeks) overseas travel history cannot participate. Upon arrival at the yoga studio, temperature checks and hand disinfection will be mandatory; those with fever will be excluded. In case of severe COVID-19 situation restricting movement, the intervention will switch to non-face-to-face Zoom sessions. Both researchers and participants must wear masks at all times; inability to wear a mask results in exclusion from the study.
