Adults aged 20 to 70 years 4. Ability to understand the study procedures and communicate effectively 5. Provision of voluntary written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of abnormal findings in neurological or neuroimaging examinations 2. History of treatment for other diseases that may cause vestibular dysfunction 3. Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Difference in plasma Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide (CGRP) levels between the vestibular migraine group and the healthy control group

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between plasma CGRP levels and clinical factors (disease activity, severity, vestibular function test results, etc.) and the cut-off value for differential diagnosis
