Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Registered nurses with less than 5 years of clinical experience currently working in adult general wards at Seoul National University Hospital. - Individuals who fully understand the purpose of this study and provide voluntary written informed consent to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Nurses working in departments other than adult general wards, such as Intensive Care Units (ICUs), pediatric wards, or operating rooms. - Nurses who are currently working or have previous work experience in Cardiology wards. - Nurses with previous work experience in Medical Intensive Care Units (MICU).
