Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (male and female) between the ages of 20 and 40 2. Individuals with confirmed shortening of the rectus femoris muscle based on the Modified Thomas Test 3. Individuals who understand the study's purpose and methods and have voluntarily signed the informed consent form 4. Individuals capable of participating regularly in a 3-times-a-week, 6-week intervention program 5. Individuals capable of independent ambulation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of surgery in the lower back, pelvis, hip, knee, or ankle within the last 6 months 2. Individuals currently experiencing acute pain (VAS 7 or higher) in the lower back or lower extremities 3. Individuals with neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, spinal cord injury, peripheral neuropathy, etc.) 4. Individuals with structural deformities or severe degenerative diseases of the hip, knee, or ankle joints 5. Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant 6. Individuals who have participated in a similar exercise intervention program within the last 3 months 7. Individuals with contraindications for using the measurement equipment (e.g., skin disease or open wounds on the measurement sites) 8. Individuals whose exercise performance is limited due to cardiovascular disease 9. Individuals with cognitive impairment that may affect study participation 10. Individuals judged by the researcher to be unsuitable for the study
