Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20 to 80 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Bilateral vocal cord paralysis (2) Patients who have already undergone permanent vocal cord adduction (3) Anatomical defects due to structural tumors or surgical procedures in the larynx or pharynx (4) Patients with upper respiratory tract infections, such as active laryngitis or pharyngitis (5) Patients with a history of severe airway stenosis or laryngeal edema (6) Patients with acute infections undergoing active pneumonia treatment (7) Patients with severe cognitive impairment, making testing impossible (8) Patients with severe UES organic disease (e.g., giant Zenker diverticulum) (9) Pregnancy (10) Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or anaphylaxis (11) Other cases deemed unsuitable by the investigator
