Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 50 years or older 2. Clinically diagnosed with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke 3. At least 6 months post-stroke (chronic phase) 4. Able to walk independently or with assistive devices 5. Able to understand the study procedures and provide informed consent 6. No medical contraindications to participate in exercise training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular or orthopedic conditions limiting exercise participation 2. Severe visual or hearing impairments interfering with task performance 3. Severe dementia or cognitive impairment preventing understanding of study procedures 4. Participation in similar cognitive–motor training within the past 3 months 5. Any other condition deemed inappropriate by the investigator
