Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20 to 65
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Current or past medical history of dysphagia (stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, myopathy, progressive neuromuscular disease, etc.) 2) Moderate or severe heart, lung, or kidney disease (heart failure of NYHA class II or higher, COPD, ILD, chronic kidney disease of stage 2 or higher) 3) Diagnosed with asthma 4) History of allergy/hypersensitivity to citric acid or capsaicin 5) History of surgery or structural abnormalities in the oral cavity, pharynx, or larynx 6) Pregnant or lactating women 7) Current heartburn, diagnosis of Grade 2 or higher GERD (moderate symptoms with spontaneous but slow remission and mild interference with normal activity and sleep), or active esophagitis or bleeding from a gastric ulcer within the past 3 months 8) Current sore throat or respiratory symptoms (cough, dyspnea), or history of upper respiratory tract infection within the past 2 weeks 9) Current or past 2 weeks of any of the following: If taking the same medication: - Central nervous system depressants (Benzodiapenzines, opioids, antipsychotics, etc.) - Anticonvulsants - Antidepressants - Anticoagulants (Wafarin, NOACs, etc.) - Anticholinergics - ACE inhibitors 10) In addition, if the investigator determines that the medication is not appropriate for safety reasons (e.g., uncooperativeness, cognitive decline)
