Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants are adults aged 19 to under 80 years with acute stroke who present to the participating institutions within 30 days of symptom onset. Stroke lesions must be confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or computed tomography (CT), and stroke subtype classification must be completed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who do not provide informed consent, those whose stroke onset occurred more than 30 days prior to presentation, or those who are unable to understand the study procedures or lack decision-making capacity are excluded from the study.
