Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were preschool children aged 3–6 years old, who were capable of communication, and had no known health problems. To recruit the participants, cooperation was obtained from the participating daycare center and kindergartens, and the children’s parents were sent an information sheet by post. Parents who were interested in the study either contacted researchers using the contact number in the information sheet or made an enquiry via their daycare center or kindergarten.
