Others(Diabetic diet with nutritional and caloric control) : According to random assignment, for the first 10 days, group 1 will be a regular diet for 3 days and a diabetic diet (2 times a day) for 7

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those diagnosed with type 2 diabetes with HbA1c 6.5%-10.0% Those who use less than 3 oral hypoglycemic agents without changing medications within 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those diagnosed with type 1 diabetes or GDM Those with problems such as galactose intolerance or glucose-galactose malabsorption Those who have taken systemic steroid medication within 8 weeks Those who have taken weight loss drugs within 3 months Those who have taken psychotropic drugs within 3 months Pregnant and lactating women Those suspected of alcohol abuse Persons judged by the researcher to be unsuitable for participation in clinical research
