Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Vietnamese international students enrolled at Keimyung University Having lived in South Korea for at least six months Able to read and understand Vietnamese Owning a smartphone (iPhone or Android) No prior participation in any health promotion programs

Exclusion criteria: Exchange students
