Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged 19 years or older scheduled for free flap reconstruction. 2. Cases where microvascular anastomosis is expected to take more than one hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases requiring emergency free flap reconstruction (precluding randomized assignment). 2. Cases where a change of equipment is required during the surgical procedure.
