Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults aged 19 years and older (2) Individuals who voluntarily agreed to participate after receiving explanation of the study purpose and methods

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals who have used antibiotics (oral or injection) within the past week (2) Individuals deemed unsuitable for study participation by the principal investigator based on clinical judgment

Changes in oral and gut microbiome composition (Oral: P. gingivalis, T. denticola, T. forsythia, P. intermedia, C. rectus, F. nucleatum, S. mutans; Gut: 16S rRNA metagenomic analysis);Changes in metabolic, inflammatory, hematological parameters and anthropometric measurements;Disease incidence (periodontal disease, metabolic diseases, cognitive decline)
