Drug : Test group: Prophylactic antibiotics (cefoxitin 2 g q 8 hours IVF, starting 1 hour before surgery until postoperative day 1) + methenamine hippurate 1 g BID PO × 5 days, starting from postoper

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 19 years old or older, under 80 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to Methenamine Hippurate Patients with a preoperative urine culture showing a urinary tract infection and receiving therapeutic antibiotics
