Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in this study will be registered nurses currently working in tertiary general hospitals or general hospitals in Korea who provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients and have at least six months of pediatric nursing experience. Eligible positions include staff nurses, dedicated/unit-based nurses, charge nurses/head nurses, and advanced practice nurses. In addition, to ensure feasibility of participation in the online-based education program, only nurses who are able to access the program via a computer or smartphone will be included. Accordingly, the inclusion criteria for study participation are as follows: Registered nurses currently working in tertiary general hospitals or general hospitals in Korea who provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients and have at least six months of pediatric nursing experience (including staff nurses, dedicated/unit-based nurses, charge nurses/head nurses, and advanced practice nurses) Ability to participate in the online program using a computer or smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In this study, nurses working in the neonatal intensive care unit (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, NICU), neonatal intermediate/special care unit, or newborn nursery were specified as an exclusion group. The exclusion criteria for study participation are as follows: Having previously completed TIC-related education or training Working in the NICU, neonatal intermediate/special care unit, newborn nursery, or operating room Providing nursing care to both pediatric and adult patients concurrently
