Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score of less than 24 2. Individuals who responded “yes” to five or more items on the Ankle Instability Instrument (AII) 3. Individuals with an Identification of Functional Ankle Instability (IdFAI) score of 12 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who experienced an acute ankle sprain within 6 weeks prior to the experiment 2. Individuals with a history of lower extremity surgery 3. Individuals with a history of ankle fracture or dislocation
