Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women aged 40 to 69 years. 2. Those who have received a full explanation of the research purpose and procedures and voluntarily consented in writing. 3. Those who can participate in an online intervention program using a smartphone or computer. 4. Those who can participate in research procedures such as completing questionnaires, performing computer-based cognitive tasks, and drawing blood.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those scheduled to undergo active medical treatment, such as surgery, radiation therapy, or chemotherapy, during the study period. 2. Those who are pregnant or within six weeks of giving birth during the study period. 3. Those who have difficulty completing questionnaires or performing cognitive tasks due to cognitive decline (e.g., moderate to severe dementia, subjective memory impairment, etc.). 4. Those who, in the researcher's judgment, may place a mental or physical burden on the individual participating in the study. 5. Those who have engaged in meditation training at least three times a week (at least 45 minutes per session) for the past three months.
