Others(Smartphone-Based Oral Care Push Notification) : A total of 13 days of oral care push notifications will be sent through KakaoTalk, four times a day (morning: 8:30 AM, lunch: 12:30 PM, dinner: 6

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years or older who are undergoing conditioning therapy for autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). 2. Patients who are alert and oriented, capable of understanding the study purpose and procedures. 3. Patients who own a smartphone and are able to receive KakaoTalk push notifications. 4. Patients who are physically able to perform self-care such as toothbrushing and saline gargling, with an ECOG performance status of 0–3. 5. Patients who voluntarily agree to participate after receiving a full explanation of the study purpose and procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are currently using an anti-inflammatory gargle prescribed for oral mucositis. 2. Patients who are taking analgesics or using pain-relief gargles for oropharyngeal pain. 3. Patients who cannot perform saline gargling due to intolerance or refusal.
