Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Adults aged 19 years or older and younger than 80 years -Individuals capable of watching video content and receiving messages using a smartphone -Individuals undergoing colonoscopy for the first time or those who have not undergone colonoscopy within the past two years -Individuals who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study after receiving a full explanation of the study and provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Individuals with visual or hearing impairments -Individuals unable to operate a smartphone independently -Individuals with a history of abdominal surgery or bowel obstruction -Individuals unable to complete bowel preparation due to vomiting or other gastrointestinal intolerance
