Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adolescents aged 14 to 16 years enrolled in middle school - Individuals who are able to voluntarily complete the questionnaire - Individuals who have provided consent to participate in the survey

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who do not wish to participate in the survey process - Individuals aged 20 years or older - Individuals not currently enrolled in middle school - Respondents with a questionnaire response rate below 50%
