Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Adult burn patients aged 19 to ~ 64 years -Burn wounds completely healed (complete epithelialization) after conservative wound care and/or skin grafting -Able to comply with the study schedule (HBOT sessions and three assessment visits) and able to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Use of systemic antibiotics or systemic steroids (oral or injectable) within the past 2 weeks -Pregnant or breastfeeding women -Conditions that may substantially affect the microbiome or skin characteristics (e.g., diabetes mellitus or chronic skin diseases), as judged by the principal investigator -Contraindications to HBOT (e.g., untreated pneumothorax) or any medical condition deemed inappropriate for HBOT by the principal investigator -Considered unable to comply with study participation or follow-up (e.g., inability to adhere to the schedule)
