Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Participants with hip flexor tightness, as indicated by a positive Thomas test. - Participants who had not experienced any lower-extremity orthopedic conditions within the previous 6 months. - Participants with no history of central or peripheral nervous system disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Participants with a Cobb’s angle = 20°. - Participants who reported low back or lower-extremity pain with a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score of 7 or higher. - Participants with congenital joint deformities that could affect physical performance.
