Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants were adult women aged 20 to 39 years at the time of study implementation who had experience in heterosexual dating relationships. Participants were required to have received sufficient explanation of the study purpose and procedures, to have provided voluntary informed consent, and to be able to participate in the online-based prevention education program and complete the pre- and post-intervention surveys.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who did not provide voluntary informed consent, had difficulty understanding the study procedures, or were unable to communicate or complete the questionnaires were excluded. In addition, individuals who had been diagnosed with mental disorders, including depression, and were currently receiving pharmacological treatment for such conditions were excluded from the study.
