Behavioral : This study is a randomized controlled pretest–posttest experimental study designed to examine the effects of a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)-based personalized nursing intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants in this study must meet all of the following criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years or older who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus 2. Individuals without cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders 3. Individuals capable of using smartphone applications 4. Individuals currently using a continuous glucose monitoring device, including FreeStyle Libre, Dexcom, or CareSens 5. Individuals who agree to the collection and sharing of continuous glucose monitoring–based data 6. Individuals who agree to use a mobile application for the assessment of sleep quality and consent to the collection and analysis of related data by the researchers 7. Individuals able to read and understand Korean and complete self-administered questionnaires 8. Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily provide informed consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from the study if they meet any of the following criteria: 1. Individuals currently hospitalized due to severe diabetes-related complications 2. Individuals with irregular work schedules (e.g., night shift work) that result in inconsistent sleep patterns
