Behavioral : -Multicomponent exercise group: Participants will continue to receive usual care (routine services) provided by the day care center without any changes, and will additionally participate

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Long-term care insurance (LTCI) beneficiaries aged 65 years or older who have been registered at and attending the study site (adult day care center) for at least 1 month - Individuals who are able to express their intentions verbally or non-verbally and are able to communicate with the research staff - Individuals with physical and cognitive health status deemed appropriate for participation in the study program by the facility director/manager - Individuals who have received a sufficient explanation of the study purpose and procedures and have voluntarily provided informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a health condition that makes participation in the exercise program difficult, including any of the following: - Acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina - Uncontrolled arrhythmia - Severe respiratory failure - Severe orthostatic hypotension - History of fracture within the past 1 month
