Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 20-64 years undergoing breast conserving surgery 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe diseases classified as ASA class III or higher 2) Patients who have received sedatives, steroids, or opioid analgesics within 24 hours 3) Patients receiving psychiatric medications for mental disorders 4) Pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers 5) Patients with obesity (BMI > 30) or underweight (BMI < 20)
