Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Current clinical nurses aged 45 to 60 (2) Individuals with a Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) score of 16 or higher (3) Individuals who have not participated in any stress reduction intervention programs within the past three months (4) Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with central nervous system or peripheral nervous system disorders, or neuropsychiatric disorders affecting autonomic nervous system function (2) Individuals diagnosed with a mental disorder or taking related medications (3) Individuals taking sleeping pills due to a diagnosis of insomnia
