Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults aged 19 years or older - Primary family caregivers who provide care for a person with dementia living in the community - Individuals who have provided care for a family member with dementia for at least three months - Individuals who have never participated in a family caregiver education program at a dementia care center, or who previously participated but completed the program at least three months prior to enrollment - Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily provide informed consent - Individuals who are able to express their thoughts and complete self-report questionnaires without difficulty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Caregivers whose family member with dementia is currently admitted to a long-term care facility or a long-term care hospital - Individuals who are currently participating in a family caregiver education program at a dementia care center - Individuals with cognitive impairment or communication difficulties that may interfere with participation in the study or completion of questionnaires
