Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The condition of interest in this study is defined as stress and psychological burden experienced in educational settings. Specifically, it includes perceived stress, anxiety, and related physiological stress responses that occur during simulation-based education or performance-based assessments. This study does not aim to diagnose or treat any disease; rather, it seeks to evaluate stress responses occurring in healthy adults within educational and training environments. Participants eligible for this study must meet all of the following criteria: 1. Adults aged 20 years or older who voluntarily agree to participate in the study 2. Undergraduate students in nursing, emergency medical technology, or medical schools, as well as healthcare professionals or paramedics 3. Individuals scheduled to participate in Korean Advanced Life Support (KALS) education 4. Individuals who are able to understand the study procedures and cooperate with questionnaire responses and physiological measurements
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study: 1. Individuals diagnosed with or currently receiving treatment for cardiovascular, neurological, or psychiatric disorders 2. Individuals who have taken medications that may affect stress responses or autonomic nervous system function (e.g., anxiolytics, antidepressants, beta-blockers) within the past month 3. Individuals with hearing impairments or difficulty listening to music or auditory stimuli 4. Individuals with acute illness, severe fatigue, or insufficient sleep at the time of participation that may interfere with normal educational activities 5. Individuals unable to understand the study procedures or cooperate with questionnaire responses and physiological measurements 6. Individuals who do not provide voluntary informed consent or who wish to withdraw from the study
