Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 65 years or older with suspected mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Participants who understand the purpose of the study and agree to participate. Individuals able to walk independently for at least 10 meters (without the use of assistive devices). Individuals physically capable of participating in obstacle avoidance training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with significant visual or auditory impairments that would hinder participation. Individuals with major musculoskeletal or neurological conditions that severely affect balance and gait. Individuals who have undergone lower extremity surgery or experienced fractures in the last 6 months. Individuals with psychological or physical conditions that would interfere with completing the study procedures.
