Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 19 years or older who are scheduled to undergo outpatient colonoscopy and who have provided written informed consent after receiving a full explanation of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1. Moderate to severe renal impairment, defined as creatinine clearance 2.0 mg/dL 2. Suspected bowel obstruction or severe gastrointestinal disease, including conditions associated with significant mucosal injury such as toxic colitis or toxic megacolon 3. Severe systemic diseases, including advanced cardiac disease or liver cirrhosis, as judged by the investigator 4. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women 6. Any condition considered inappropriate for study participation at the discretion of the investigator
