Behavioral : This study employs a single-arm, pre-post comparison design in which all participants receive the same forest healing program intervention linked with village forests and senior centers.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Participants aged 65 years or older who participated in the community-based forest healing program and consented to and completed oral microbiome testing and questionnaires • Participants who completed the entire forest healing program and performed both pre- and post-program oral microbiome testing and questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Individuals who have used antibiotics (oral or injectable) within the past 1 week • Individuals who have participated in other clinical studies within the past 1 month • Individuals deemed unsuitable for study participation by the investigator
