Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes aged between 45 and 75 (under 75) who have been treated with two or more types of antidiabetic medications for at least the past year but have persistent HbA1c levels of 6.5% or higher, and who use an Android OS-based smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have been treated with fewer than two types of antidiabetic medications in the past year. Patients with type 1 diabetes. Patients who meet the inclusion criteria but have difficulty participating due to a lack of adaptability to wearable devices and digital platforms. Patients who are unable to walk or have difficulty engaging in physical exercise. Patients who do not use a smartphone.
