Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (aged =19 years) with breast cancer undergoing mastectomy, classified as ASA-PS (American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status) I-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy or severe adverse reaction to the study drug (N2O). Currently receiving psychiatric or neurological medication other than antidepressants. Pregnant or having the potential for pregnancy during the study period. Occurrence of life-threatening postoperative complications (e.g., severe hemorrhage, nerve damage) or complications requiring reoperation. Cognitive impairment preventing comprehension of study information or completion of questionnaires. Inability to read the informed consent form (e.g., illiteracy, non-Korean speaking). Voluntary withdrawal from study participation.
