Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects who met 1 or more items of IDF criteria for metabolic syndrome were enrolled. The criteria for IDF are as follows, waist circumference (male > 90cm, Female > 80cm), serum fasting plasma glucose > 100mg/dL, serum triglyceride > 150mg/dL, serum HDL-cholesterol (male 130mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) > 85mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a medical history of specific diseases such as stroke, malignancy, cardiovascular disease, or psychiatric disorders, or those currently undergoing treatment with related medications Individuals who are currently modifying their diet for the purpose of disease management Individuals who are unable to adhere to the intervention diet for more than four days due to personal scheduling conflicts Individuals diagnosed with anemia through blood tests Individuals with a psychological aversion or fear that prevents the use of a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) device Individuals who have experienced a weight loss of more than 10% within the six months prior to the start of the study Individuals with known allergies to specific foods
