Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were eligible for inclusion if they were adults aged 19 years or older, had undergone endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) or surgical resection for gastric cancer, resided in the Seoul or Gyeonggi area, and were able to read and understand written Korean.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included the presence of food allergies, dysphagia, current use of enteral or parenteral nutrition, planned absence of two or more consecutive days during the intervention period, cognitive impairment (e.g., dementia), or uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
