Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with at least 5 years of wrestling training experience 2) Individuals who have participated continuously in wrestling training for the past 6 months 3) Individuals with no musculoskeletal injuries or disorders within the previous 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants with an attendance rate of less than 80% during the 8-week training period 2) Individuals who have undergone surgery within the past 2 years 3) Individuals who withdrew or expressed an intention to withdraw from the exercise program during the intervention period
