Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years or older who were diagnosed with cardiovascular disease and underwent cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) at our institution between January 2019 and December 2021, with documented peak oxygen uptake (VO2peak) values Availability of demographic and anthropometric information in the medical records, including age, sex, height, and body weight

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to perform CPET or premature termination of the test resulting in the inability to obtain valid VO2peak values Missing data for key variables required for the study analysis Documented refusal for research use of medical records in accordance with IRB approval
