Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult female patient aged 19 years or older undergoing regular single-port laparoscopic adnexal surgery under general anesthesia at Yonsei Cancer Center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with moderate to severe pain before surgery, patients with a history of taking chronic pain medications before surgery, patients with a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to remifentanil or a local anesthetic (ropivacaine), patients with an infection at the site where your block will be performed, patients who cannot communicate
