Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Food service workers were classified into two groups according to the presence or absence of ulnar-sided wrist pain. The ulnar-sided wrist pain group (experimental group) consisted of food service workers who subjectively reported pain or tenderness in the dominant ulnar-sided wrist region during daily activities or work tasks for at least the past 3 months, had a Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) score of 4 or higher, and exhibited discomfort during ulnar deviation movements accompanied by tenderness or positive findings on physical examination, including the fovea sign and ulnarar deviation with axial load test. The control group consisted of food service workers who reported no wrist pain or discomfort within the past 3 months, had an NPRS score of 3 or lower, and demonstrated no pain, discomfort, or tenderness in the ulnar-sided wrist region, as well as no positive findings on physical examination during ulnar deviation movements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Participants with a history of surgery involving the wrist or elbow. - Participants with orthopedic diagnoses affecting the wrist or elbow. - Participants with systemic diseases or neurological symptoms.
