Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 19 years or older who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery (including robot-assisted surgery) under general anesthesia and were admitted to the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hypothermia or hyperthermia requiring intervention to restore normal body temperature, according to ASPAN (normal temperature: 36°C–37.5°C) and NICE guidelines (hypothermia defined as a core temperature below 36°C) (2)Patients with an ASA physical status classification of III or higher (ASA Class = III) (3) Patients unable to communicate with the researcher during the assessment of thermal comfort (4) Patients undergoing emergency surgery
