Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study subjects: Manufacturing workers aged 20 to 50, with at least six months of service, working full-time shift with non specific neck pain with and without radiating sign at C5 level Neck Pain Group 1) Neck pain lasting more than one month 2) Neck Pain Scale score of 3 or higher Neck Pain with radiating sign at C5 level group 1) Neck pain lasting more than one month 2) Neck Pain Scale score of 3 or higher 3) radiating sign at the C5 dermatome level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects with neck or shoulder injuries or surgery. (2) Subjects with orthopedic or psychiatric diagnoses. (3) Subjects with rheumatic or chronic respiratory diseases. (4) Subjects unable to complete the study due to pain.
