Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Intervention Participants must meet all of the following criteria: (1) Aged 65 to 74 years (2) Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by a physician and currently receiving at least one oral glucose-lowering medication and/or insulin (3) Own a smartphone and are able to use mobile data without difficulty (i.e., no constraints on data use) (4) Able to understand the study information sheet and questionnaires, respond to survey items, and communicate without difficulty 2. Focus Group Interview Eligible participants are those who: (1) Belong to the intervention group and voluntarily agree to participate, and who are communicative and appropriate for a group interview setting.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intervention (1) Diagnosed with dementia by a physician (2) Identified as having suspected severe cognitive impairment based on the K-MMSE-2 Short Form (score = 10) 2. Focus Group Interview (1) Does not meet the eligibility criteria for study participation.
