Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged 19 to 35 years Individuals without musculoskeletal or cardiovascular disorders and no history of injury within the past 6 months Individuals not taking any medications that could affect study performance Individuals with no skin conditions interfering with electromyography measurement and who voluntarily consent to participate in the study Preference given to individuals with regular exercise experience (at least twice per week for 6 months or more)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Students currently enrolled in courses taught by the principal investigator, students in the Department of Sports Rehabilitation, and faculty or teaching assistants in an evaluative or supervisory relationship with the principal investigator are excluded from participation.

Surface electromyography activation of four trunk muscles (rectus abdominis, external oblique, internal oblique, erector spinae) normalized to percentage of Maximal Voluntary Isometric Contraction
