Behavioral : Intervention group: Professional oral hygiene management program: Performed directly by the research staff, once per week, 12 weeks total (12 sessions), including scaling, tooth polishing

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Elderly residents aged 65 years and older admitted to long-term care facilities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Individuals who have received dental treatment such as scaling within the past 3 months • Individuals deemed ineligible for study participation by the investigator • Individuals with severe cognitive impairment who refuse to open their mouth • Individuals currently undergoing treatment for pneumonia
