Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20 to 45 years who voluntarily agreed to participate after receiving sufficient explanation of the study purpose and procedures were included. Participants had no musculoskeletal or other medical conditions or pain and were able to walk independently. Flexible flatfoot was defined as a navicular drop of 10 mm or greater between non-weight-bearing and weight-bearing conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, or other conditions or pain that could affect gait were excluded. Participants with a history of lower extremity surgery, lower limb injury within the past six months, or use of gait assistive devices were excluded. Individuals who had difficulty understanding the study procedures or following instructions, or who did not provide informed consent, were also excluded.
