Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Approximately 140 active-duty Army helicopter pilots (adult males aged 19 to 45) are undergoing a systematic pilot training program - Participants voluntarily agreed to participate after receiving an explanation of the research purpose and methods.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who do not meet the selection criteria: - Those with a history of fractures, trauma, neuromuscular disorders, or rheumatic metabolic diseases in the measurement area.
