Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: * ASA physical status 1-3 * Age: 19 years or older * Individuals scheduled for non-cardiac surgery with a high risk of bleeding * Spinal surgery (2 levels or more), joint replacement, radical prostatectomy, hepatectomy * Individuals who have signed the study participation consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * Refusal of informed consent * Pregnancy * Patients aged 80 years or older * Patients refusing blood transfusions * Patients with concomitant coagulation disorders * Patients receiving recombinant factor VIIa * Patients who verbally or in writing withdraw consent after initial agreement * Other patients deemed unsuitable for the study by the research team
