Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Approximately 100 Air Force cadets and active-duty pilots (adult males aged 19 to 35) currently undergoing (or planning to undergo) a systematic pilot training program. - Participants voluntarily agreed to participate after receiving an explanation of the research purpose and methods.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who do not meet the selection criteria: - Those with a history of fractures, trauma, neuromuscular disorders, or rheumatic metabolic diseases in the measurement area.
